                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve annual wages for FY23 for the Secondary Roads department.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve the Final Pay Request to release retainage to Christensen Bros., Inc. for Project No. BROS-SWAP-CO81(73)—SE-81 in the amount of $12,656.58.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to table an application for liquor license for Backpocket Brewing LLC.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve a drainage district utility permit for Breda Telephone Company with crossings located in JT DD 51-195, JT DD 88-280 and JT DD 90-290.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve claims as presented.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
