The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to approve the minutes as submitted. Ayes all, motion carried.
Cole Burdach with ISG presented a preliminary report on some issues in DD 59. There were some areas where the tile line had separated and others where the tile had collapsed. He suggested to the Board the line be televised to identify areas that need repaired or replaced.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to direct Mr. Burdach to solicit bids to televise the line and make repairs as needed but not to exceed $24,000 for the total project. Ayes all, motion carried.
The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
The Board took up the canvass for the general election held November 3, 2020, and offer the following results as part of these board minutes.

At 11:00, as advertised, the Chairman opened the public hearing regarding tax sale purchases. There was no one present to oppose or support the proposed ordinances. No written comments had been received.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to close the public hearing at 11:13 am. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wilhelm to adopt two ordinances allowing the County and cities within the County to bid on and purchase delinquent taxes and to assign tax sale certificates of abandoned property. Ayes Drake, Wilhelm and Wissler; nays none, motion carried.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
