If you live in the circle (Sac City, Lake View, Auburn, Grant City) you can sit at home and watch for birds! If you live outside the circle you must only survey birds seen in the circle.
This is a scientific research survey that uses the help of volunteers. If you would like to volunteer but don't have the birding skills of an expert that is okay! Download the Merlin Bird ID app. This app will help you figure out which bird you saw or heard.
Schedule
9am - 11am: Intro and Hike around Hagge
11am - 12:30pm: Lunch and Feeder Watch (lunch not provided)
12:30pm - 4pm Self count around the county
