Tentative Agenda
1. Call to order and roll call.
2. Approval of the agenda.
3. Requests for variance under Sac County Ordinance Sec. 64.14 from the requirement of Sec. 64.10(3) that a pre-cast concrete riser be used on new septic tank installations, and the Health Officer’s report on each:
a. Blackhawk Construction for the private sewage disposal system at 3210 Otter Ave. Lake View, IA 51450 permit application 81-2712.
4. Resolution No. 2026-0922.01, granting variances from Sec. 64.10(3), directing the Health Officer to place further requests for variance from Sec. 64.10(3) on the agenda of the next regular or special meeting, and recommending to the Board of Supervisors an amendment to Sec. 64.10(3).
5. Adjournment.
This notice was posted at Sac County Courthouse on 9/21/2026 at 10:00am, which is at least 24 hours before the meeting, as Iowa Code Sec. 21.4 requires. The minutes will state that the meeting was held electronically and the reason.
