Discussion regarding the HR position – The Board will meet in a properly noticed, open work session under Iowa Code chapter 21 to receive information, ask questions, and discuss the possible creation of a county HR position. The purpose of the session is informational and deliberative only; the Board will take no formal action and make no final decision on the HR position at this session. Any formal action on the matter will be reserved for a subsequent, properly noticed regular meeting of the Board.
