Consider and possible action on a Private Burial Site Agreement and Grant of Easement under Chapter 67 of the Sac County Code of Ordinances for the burial of the cremated remains of Kermit A. Ziegmann on the Ziegmann farm, 3450 Ira Avenue, Odebolt (parcel 811405300002), and Resolution No. 2026-0922A approving the Agreement, authorizing the Chairperson to execute it and the Auditor to attest it, and directing that it be recorded with the Sac County Recorder as an easement.

Discussion and possible action: First Amendment to the First Amended and Restated Road Use and Repair Agreement between MidAmerican Energy Company and Sac County, Iowa (effective September 23, 2025), replacing Appendix A (Designated Roads) with the updated construction haul route for the Auburn Solar Project, and authorizing the Sac County Board Chairperson to sign and the Sac County Auditor to attest. Should a resolution be deemed necessary to approve the First Amendment, the Sac County Board of Supervisors will consider and may adopt such a resolution under this item.

Calhoun County Board of Supervisors, acting for Calhoun County, Iowa (Calhoun County vote only)

Discussion and possible action: First Amendment to the Road Use and Repair Agreement between MidAmerican Energy Company and Calhoun County, Iowa (effective September 23, 2025), replacing Appendix A (Designated Roads) with the updated construction haul route for the Auburn Solar Project, and authorizing the Calhoun County Board Chairperson to sign and the Calhoun County Auditor to attest. Should a resolution be deemed necessary to approve the First Amendment, the Calhoun County Board of Supervisors will consider and may adopt such a resolution under this item.

Discussion and possible action: Sac County and Calhoun County Drainage District Agreement between MidAmerican Energy Company and Joint Drainage District No. 88 Sac, No. 280 Calhoun, concerning maintenance, repair, and reimbursement obligations for District drainage facilities located on the Auburn Solar Project property, and authorizing execution of the Agreement on behalf of the District by the Chairpersons of both Boards, attested by both County Auditors. Should a resolution be deemed necessary to approve the Agreement, the Boards, sitting as Trustees, will consider and may adopt such a resolution under this item.
