Minutes for October 30, 2018
The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Rick Hecht, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Stock and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Stock to adopt a resolution statement in regards to the Iowa Department of Transportation Agreement/Project No. 90/81-LR19-338 whereby Sac County agrees to contribute the remaining difference of the purchase of two Spray Logger Systems for the roadside spray trucks minus the $6,440.00 Living Roadway Trust Fund grant. Ayes Hecht, Drake and Stock; nays none, motion carried.
It was moved by Stock and seconded by Drake to approve a proposed surface drain repair in Joint Drainage District 2, Sac and 51, Calhoun located in Section 14, Cedar Township, Sac County, in the amount of $2,800.00. Ayes all, motion carried.
There was no report from the Engineer on this date.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
