Minutes for February 26, 2019
The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.
Sheriff McClure reviewed the activities of the past weekend as a result of the severe winter snow storm.
The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve plans and notice of letting for Project JA-2007, a 40’ x 28’ 4” precast deck slab bridge in Jackson Township. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve plans and notice of letting for Project CO-3403, a twin corrugated metal pipe project in Cook Township. Ayes all, motion carried.
Barb Parker with the U. S. Census Bureau, introduced herself and stated that she was looking for temporary employees over a 12 county area to begin the census process. The process will begin with address canvassers.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
