Minutes for December 1, 2020
The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to amend the agenda to include a discussion regarding the Conditional Use Permit to Alliant Energy for the Richland Wind Farm project. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the agenda as amended. Ayes all, motion carried.
Sherrie Wilson was present to discuss an extension of the Conditional Use Permit for Alliant Energy. Chairman Wissler will contact the County Attorney to determine if an extension is necessary. No action was taken at this time.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to approve the claims as presented. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to adopt Resolution #20201201-1, Resolution recommending approval of Humboldt County’s request to join the Rolling Hills Community Services Region effective July 1, 2021. Roll call vote: Wilhelm – aye; Drake – aye; Wissler – aye. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to adopt Resolution #20201201-2, Resolution recommending approval of Pocahontas County’s request to join the Rolling Hills Community Services Region effective July 1, 2021. Roll call vote: Wilhelm – aye; Drake – aye; Wissler – aye. Ayes all, motion carried.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
