Minutes for December 28, 2021
The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Brent Wilhelm, chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve an application for commercial urban revitalization tax exemption submitted by Porky Bubbles Truck Wash, L.L.C. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve an application for commercial urban revitalization tax exemption submitted by Cominco Fertilizer Partnership. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve the drainage claims as submitted. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve a proposed tile repair on Drainage District 31, located in Section 14, Coon Valley Township in the amount of $600.00. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve a proposed tile repair on Drainage District 68, located in Section 22, Eden Township, in the amount of$600.00. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve a proposed tile repair on Drainage District 73, located in Section 32, Cedar Township, in the amount of $600.00. Ayes all, motion carried.
There was no report from the County Engineer.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
