Minutes for September 27, 2022
The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved b y Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to amend the agenda to include discussions on a tower lease agreement and the sale of surplus property. ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as amended. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to accept sealed bids on certain surplus property until 4:00 pm on Friday, October 14, 2022, and review the bids on Tuesday, October 18 at the regular board meeting. Ayes all, motion carried.
The Board was informed that a tower lease agreement with Verizon Wireless was up for renewal and should be extended. The Board will review the agreement and consider an extension at the next meeting.
The County Engineer was not present but updated the Board via e-mail of the activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
