Minutes for December 6, 2022
The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present. the minutes of the last meeting were approved
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to amend the agenda to consider an agreement with Hunzelman, Putzier and Co, PLC to prepare supplementary audit information and to make a correction on the schedule for holiday observations. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve the appointment of Kay Blessington, ARNP, to the Sac County Board of Health. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve and sign a letter of agreement with Hunzelman, Putzier & Co, PLC to prepare financial statements of government activities of Sac County and other supplementary information for the 2021/22 annual auditor at a cost in the range of $16,000 to $18,000. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to close the Sac County Courthouse on Monday, January 2, 2023 in observance of New Year’s Day. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor’s office. Ayes all, motion carried.
The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
