Minutes for April 30, 2024
The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present. Mike Fischer, Chairman, presided. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all. Motion carried.
Nick Buse, Sac County Engineer, addressed the board regarding dust control that was requested at the previous meeting. It was recommended by the county engineer that the county not cost share the requested dust control application. The Board requested that the county engineer look into the cost of county supplied dust control. There was no action taken.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to authorize Secondary Roads to purchase a Dura Patcher in the amount of $5000.00. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve a wage increase for the office manager at Secondary Roads for FY 25 bringing the hourly wage to $24.90. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve claims as presented. Ayes all, motion carried.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
