Minutes for September 16, 2025
The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as presented. Ayes all, motion carried.
There was a request made for a special board meeting to be held in the evening so that members of the public would be more able to attend. Chairman Drake will contact the requestor for more information. This request was tabled and no action taken.
Donnie Hoffard gave an update regarding the Safety Committee and their recent activities including purchase of AED machines and first aid kits for the county, as well as First Aid and CPR training that was made available for employees. It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to authorize payment of up to $2,400 for supplies for first aid kits, to be paid from the special projects fund. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve replacement of the dumpster located at the South Annex. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approve claims as listed on the Claims Register in the amount of $286,301.72. Ayes all, motion carried.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting adjourned.
