Minutes for January 27, 2026
The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to adjust the annual salary for Ben Ringgenberg, Sac County EMS Director, to $92,040. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approved the drainage claims as submitted. Ayes all, motion carried.
The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by fischer to adopt Resolution 26-0127 approving and accepting the low bid of $2,635,891.74 submitted by Norris Asphalt Paving Co. LC for Sac County Project no. FM-CO81(85)--55-81, FM-CO81(86)--55-81, FM-CO81(87)--55-81, FM-CO81(88)--55-81, and FM-CO81(97)--55-81, and to authorize the County Engineer to sign all necessary contracts and documents on behalf of the Board of Supervisors. Ayes Drake, Fischer, Wissler; nays none, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor's office. Ayes all, motion carried.
