The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with two Supervisors present; Jim Wissler was absent. Mike Fischer chaired the meeting. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor's office. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and sconded by Fischer to call for a public hearing on a proposed property tax levy for fiscal year 26/27 for Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 9:30 am in the Board Room. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve application for a tax abatement and minimum assessment agreement submitted by James and Cassandra Green on the property located at 3114 255th Street, Sac City. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve application for utility construction permit across JT DD80-280, jt DD 51-195 and jt DD 90-290 submitted by MidAmerican Energy Company. Ayes all, motion carried.
The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
