The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in special session with all members present, Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.
At 9:30 AM, as advertised, the Chairman opened the public hearing on the proposed property tax levy for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.
There was no one from the public present at the hearing. The County Auditor explained the proposed tax levy for fiscal year 2026/27.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to close the public hearing. Ayes all, motion carried.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.

The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to amend the agenda to consider the ICAP renewal for 2026/27. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the agenda as amended. Ayes all, motion carried.
The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to direct the Chairman to sign the proxy statement for the ICAP renewal for 2026/27. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor's office. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the drainage claims as submitted. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to call for a public hearing for Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 10:30 am, on the proposed budget for Sac County for fiscal year 2026/27.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
