The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with the following supervisors present: Mike Fischer and Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding. Ranell Drake was absent.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve the minutes of the last meeting as presented. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as presented. Ayes all. Motion carried.
There was no one present for Citizens Input.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve the claims as presented in the amount of $81,528.99. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve drainage claims as presented in the amount of $66,834.00. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to replace Resolution 25-0421-1, Approval of FY2027 Maximum Property Tax Dollars, with Resolution 26-0421-1, to correct the date of adoption. Roll Call Vote – Ayes: Fischer, Wissler. Nays: None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to replace Resolution 25-0421-2, Sac County Elected Official Compensation for FY2027, with Resolution 26-0421-2, to correct the date of adoption. Roll Call Vote – Ayes: Fischer, Wissler. Nays: None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to replace Resolution 25-0421-3, Approval of FY2027 Budget and Levy Rates, with Resolution 26-0421-2, to correct the date of adoption. Roll Call Vote – Ayes: Fischer, Wissler. Nays: None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to correct the minutes of the April 28, 2026, meeting to note the above changes in the resolution numbers. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve a Class C Retail Alcohol License renewal for Prairie Pedlar Celebrations LLC. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve the Recorder’s Quarterly Report for the period ending March 31, 2026. Ayes all. Motion carried.
