The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present. Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the minutes of the last regular meeting as presented. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the minutes of the 5/14/26 Special Meeting. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the agenda as presented. Ayes all. Motion carried.
There was no one present for Citizens Input.
Blake Mohr, ICAP Agent, presented the renewal of the county liability insurance policy and reviewed the details with the Board. It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the renewal at a total cost of $400,542, less than 1% increase from the previous fiscal year. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the claims as presented in the amount of $224,959.51. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the Closed Loop Glycol Treatment and Feed System Proposal from Carroll Control Systems in the amount of $14,611.83. Ayes all. Motion carried.
With no public input, it was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the First Reading of the Proposed Public Ordinances. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to adopt Resolution #2026-0519, Resolution Appointing Renee Roland and Sac County Auditor, appointing to fill the vacancy in the office, effective immediately and to serve until the next general election on November 3, 2026. Roll Call Vote – Ayes: Drake, Fischer, Wissler. Nays: None. Motion carried.
There being no further business, on motion by Drake and seconded by Fischer, the meeting was adjourned.
