The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with Chairman Wissler, presiding, and the following members present: Drake and Fischer; and with Auditor Renee Roland as clerk for the meeting.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the minutes of the last regular board meeting held on August 18, 2026, as presented. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as presented. Ayes all. Motion carried.
There were no comments or concerns presented during Citizens Input.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the claims as presented in the amount of $136,723.13. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve Master Matrix Scoring & Recommendation for Permit Approval for Construction Permit Application submitted by Hartje Hog Farms LLC located in the SW SE of Section 4, Delaware Township, changing the Animal Unit Capacity from 1760 head to 1876.8 head. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to adopt Resolution #2026-0825-1, Resolution Approving 28E Agreement for Informational Technology Services Between the City of Sac City, Iowa and Sac County, Iowa. Roll Call Vote: Drake – aye; Fischer – aye, Wissler – aye. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to adopt Resolution #2026-0825-2, Resolution by Sac County to Approve an Intergovernmental 28E Agreement for the Provision of Private Sewage Disposal System Services Between Webster County, Calhoun County, and Sac County, Iowa. Roll Call Vote: Drake – aye; Fischer – aye, Wissler – aye. Ayes all. Motion carried.
There being no further business, on motion by Drake and seconded by Fischer, the meeting was adjourned.
