The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with Supervisors Fischer and Drake in attendance; Supervisor Wissler was absent. Ranell Drake chaired the meeting, with Auditor Renee Roland as clerk.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the minutes of the last regular board meeting held on September 8, 2026, as presented. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as presented. Ayes all. Motion carried.
There were no comments or concerns presented during Citizens Input.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the claims as presented in the amount of $166,308.51. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the drainage claims as presented in the amount of $7,380.00. Ayes all. Motion carried.
The County Engineer was not present to give any update or report.
Kyle Norris, County IT, discussed with the board the process for billing IT hours to the City of Sac City. Renee Roland and Savana Dettmann assisted in discussing the quarterly bill that would be submitted as well as adding a new revenue line when the county begins to receive the payments from the 28E agreement. There was no action taken.
There being no further business, on motion by Fischer and seconded by Drake, the meeting was adjourned.
