The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with Chairman Wissler, presiding, and Supervisors Drake and Fischer present; and with Auditor Renee Roland as clerk for the meeting.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the minutes of the special meeting on 9/22/26, the regular meeting on 9/29/26 and the special meeting on 10/01/26, as presented. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as presented. Ayes all. Motion carried.
There were no comments or concerns presented during Citizens Input.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Drake to approve the Recorder’s Quarterly Report for the quarter ending 9/30/26. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to adopt Resolution 2026-1006 – A Resolution Establishing an Election Day Meeting Policy that sets forth there will be no regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting on an Election Day unless a meeting is specifically requested. Roll call: Drake – aye, Fischer – aye, Wissler – aye. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to establish a deadline of noon on Friday preceding each regular Board of Supervisors meeting for submission of tentative agenda items and supporting documents effective as of October 16, 2026. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the claims as presented in the amount of $98,620.74. Ayes all. Motion carried.
There being no further business, on motion by Drake and seconded by Fischer, the meeting was adjourned.
